WAHA is concidering increasing the entry fess by $150 per team which would increase the amuont of money the host Associations receive by $1200 and then mandate that no gate fees can be charged at any State Tournaments. Teams not making the State Tournament would have the entry fees (including the additional $150) refunded. Currently the host Associations are allowed to charge a gate fee. However, when they violate WAHA's policy regarding how much and the process used to collect the fees, they are banned from entering any teams in and hosting any State Tournaments for the following season or longer.
